Our History

Our firm started operating under the name MEDINA MUÑOZ & ABOGADOS ASOCIADOS. At the time the founding partners focused on providing legal services in the area of Financial and Capital Market Law, making good use of the experience amassed in the financial sector in Colombia. Over time, and attuned to the changing needs of our clients, we expanded our practice to other areas related to Corporate Law, Administrative Law, State Contracts, Estate Planning, and Litigation.

This fresh start, which included our regular consulting services, allowed MEDINA ESTUDIO LEGAL to evolve into a litigation-oriented firm, mainly in the following jurisdictions: ordinary, arbitration, administrative litigation and constitutional actions. Our work in this area has been recognized in world-renowned legal publications.
